Terms of sale

These terms apply to SOLAIRUS orders placed through the juodiikrai.lt online store. The seller is Bottless UAB.

1. Products and prices

Product descriptions, weight and final price are shown on the website. Prices are stated in euros including VAT. Where indicated, delivery within Lithuania is included in the product price.

2. Placing an order

An order is placed by selecting products, providing contact and delivery details, accepting the applicable terms and completing payment using an available payment method. If a product price or availability is clearly incorrect due to a technical error, we will contact you before fulfilling the order.

3. Payment

Payments are processed by the payment service provider enabled on the website. The SOLAIRUS website does not store your full payment-card details.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered under the cold-chain conditions required for the product. Available delivery methods and estimated timing are shown on the website and during checkout. Delivery timing may change because of circumstances reasonably outside our control; where possible, we will inform the customer.

5. Perishable goods

Caviar is a perishable food product. Information about the withdrawal exception, complaints and available remedies is provided in our Returns & claims policy.

6. Complaints

Please contact info@juodiikrai.lt first regarding an order or product. We will respond and seek to resolve the matter directly. If a consumer dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).

7. Privacy

Personal data processing is described in our Privacy policy, and cookie use in our Cookie policy.
